When Johnstone Family professor of psychology Steven Pinker heard about Apple's new virtual reality headset, he knew he had to try it. At Harvard, Pinker studies the psychology of vision. But outside of work, he is a passionate stereo photographer who seeks to recreate three dimensions within a two-dimensional picture.
